Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering for, accessing, or using any part of the paldofun platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

paldofun enforces a strict one-account policy. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited. KYC verification is required before withdrawals. You must provide accurate, up-to-date personal information at all times.
paldofun employs fraud detection systems and game integrity monitoring. Any form of cheating, collusion, or exploitation of software bugs is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension and recovery of funds.
All transactions on paldofun are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are accepted. Withdrawal requests require a verified account and are processed within the timeframes set out in these Terms.
All bonuses at paldofun are subject to wagering requirements and expiry conditions. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw before meeting requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the paldofun platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the paldofun Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the paldofun platform and close your Account if one has been created.
2.3 These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and paldofun. Your continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.
2.4 paldofun reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via email or on-platform notification. The effective date of the current version is stated at the top of this document.
3.1 To register for and use the paldofun platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:
3.2 paldofun strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21. If paldofun discovers that a Player has misrepresented their age, the Account will be suspended immediately, all balances will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.
3.3 paldofun is not available to residents of jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
4.1 To access the full features of paldofun, including deposits, game play, and withdrawals, you must create a registered Account using accurate personal information, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address.
4.2 Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on paldofun. The creation or use of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. paldofun reserves the right to merge or close duplicate Accounts and to forfeit any balances associated with Accounts found to be in violation of this policy.
4.3 Before processing any withdrawal, paldofun requires all Players to complete KYC verification by submitting a copy of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document and a live selfie. Accepted identification documents include: Philippine passport, driver's license (LTO), UMID card, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, and Voter's ID.
4.4 paldofun may request additional documentation at any time to satisfy anti-money laundering (AML) obligations, enhanced due diligence requirements, or to verify the source of funds. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in temporary restriction of the Account pending verification.
4.5 You are responsible for ensuring that all Account information remains accurate and up to date. You may update your Account information by contacting paldofun customer support.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your paldofun login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party.
5.2 paldofun strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your Account. OTP verification via your registered Philippine mobile number provides an additional layer of protection against unauthorised access.
5.3 You must notify paldofun customer support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation or if your login credentials have been compromised. paldofun will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
5.4 paldofun employs SSL/TLS encryption across all pages of the platform, including the login and deposit flows. However, paldofun cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted over networks outside of its control.
6.1 All deposits to the paldofun Wallet must be made using payment methods registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from payment accounts belonging to any person other than the registered Account holder — are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension.
6.2 paldofun accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
6.3 Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the paldofun deposit interface at the time of transaction. paldofun reserves the right to modify these limits at any time.
6.4 paldofun does not accept deposits from credit cards, and the use of borrowed funds for gambling is strongly discouraged. paldofun is not responsible for any financial arrangements you make with third-party lenders.
6.5 All deposit transactions are subject to anti-money laundering screening. paldofun reserves the right to return deposits and request additional verification if a transaction triggers AML monitoring protocols.
7.1 Withdrawal requests may only be made by Players who have completed full KYC verification. Unverified Accounts are restricted from withdrawals until identity verification is successfully completed.
7.2 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in the Player's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are prohibited.
7.3 paldofun aims to process withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya within 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within 1–3 banking hours, subject to the receiving institution's processing schedules. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or for compliance review.
7.4 Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the withdrawal interface. paldofun reserves the right to request additional documentation for high-value withdrawal requests prior to processing.
7.5 paldofun will not process withdrawals to accounts where the account holder name does not match the verified name on the paldofun Account.
8.1 All bonuses, free spins, and promotional offers made available on paldofun are subject to individual promotion terms and to these general Bonus Terms. In the event of a conflict, the individual promotion terms shall prevail.
8.2 Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of not less than twenty (20) times the bonus amount before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each promotion is stated within the promotion detail page.
8.3 Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds may only be used to play eligible games as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Using bonus funds on excluded games will not contribute to wagering requirements and may result in the forfeiture of the bonus.
8.4 Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only. The use of automated software, bots, or systematic strategies designed to exploit bonus offers is prohibited and will result in Account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.
8.5 Each promotion offered by paldofun is available once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. Players who attempt to claim the same promotion multiple times through multiple Accounts are in breach of these Terms.
8.6 Bonus offers that are not claimed within the period stated in the applicable promotion terms will expire and be removed from the Player's Account. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
9.1 All games available on the paldofun platform are operated by licensed third-party game providers including, without limitation, Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, JILI Gaming, and PG Soft. Each game is governed by the rules of that game as published within the game interface.
9.2 Game results are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) for non-live games, and by real-time physical outcomes for live dealer games. paldofun does not manipulate game outcomes.
9.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or any other technical issue that affects the integrity of a game round, the affected round may be voided and any bets placed during that round refunded to the Player's Wallet, at paldofun's discretion.
9.4 Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panel. RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual player outcomes.
9.5 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per round and are displayed within the game interface prior to placing a bet. Players who exceed posted bet limits through technical means or software exploits will have affected rounds voided.
10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the paldofun platform:
10.2 paldofun reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account where prohibited conduct is detected, to void all bets and transactions associated with that conduct, and to recover any funds obtained through prohibited means. paldofun may refer cases of suspected criminal conduct to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities.
11.1 paldofun is committed to promoting responsible gaming among its Players. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible to all registered Players from the Account settings panel:
11.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. Once a self-exclusion is in effect, paldofun will not accept deposits, bets, or new registrations from the excluded individual for the duration of the exclusion period. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

12.1 All content on the paldofun platform — including but not limited to the paldofun brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, and software — is the property of paldofun or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the paldofun platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, or creating derivative works based on any paldofun content.
13.1 The paldofun platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. paldofun makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for purpose of the platform or any game available thereon.
13.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, paldofun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including without limitation any loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
13.3 paldofun's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your paldofun Wallet in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the date of the claim.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by paldofun's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
14.1 You may close your paldofun Account at any time by contacting customer support. Any verified balance remaining in your Wallet at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to withdrawal eligibility requirements and any applicable pending review.
14.2 paldofun reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — where paldofun has reasonable grounds to believe that:
14.3 In the event that an Account is closed due to breach of these Terms, paldofun reserves the right to withhold any balance attributable to the breach and to recover any amounts obtained through prohibited conduct.
15.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
15.2 In the event of a gaming dispute that cannot be resolved through paldofun's internal dispute resolution process, Players may escalate the matter in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. paldofun will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation by PAGCOR or other competent Philippine gaming authorities.
16.1 paldofun reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, paldofun will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account, or by posting a prominent notice on the platform, no less than seven (7) days prior to the amended Terms taking effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal or regulatory compliance.
16.2 The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when the current version was last updated. Your continued use of paldofun following the effective date of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
