1.1 paldofun ("paldofun," "we," "us," or "our"), operating the online gaming platform accessible at paldofun.app, is the data controller responsible for the personal information collected from players and visitors in connection with the platform.

2.1 Registration Data. When you create a paldofun Account, we collect: your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, email address, and a password (stored in encrypted form).

To comply with PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering obligations, paldofun collects: a copy of your government-issued Philippine identification document (passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or Voter's ID), a live selfie photograph, and your residential address.
2.3 Financial Data. We collect information about deposits and withdrawals, including transaction amounts, dates, and the identifiers of payment instruments used (e.g., masked GCash or PayMaya account numbers, partial BPI or BDO account details). We do not store full payment card numbers or full bank account credentials.

7.2 By registering for a paldofun Account, you acknowledge that your personal data may be processed outside the Philippines in the circumstances described in this section, subject to the safeguards described above.
8.1 paldofun retains personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, as described in this Policy, and for so long as required by applicable Philippine law.
8.2 Account data and gaming activity records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, as required under anti-money laundering regulations. KYC documents and identity verification records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure or the last transaction, whichever is later.
8.3 Financial transaction records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years in accordance with Philippine banking and AML record-keeping requirements.
8.4 Where data is retained solely on the basis of your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal, or processing required for legal compliance purposes.
8.5 When personal data is no longer required, paldofun will securely delete or anonymise it in a manner consistent with industry best practices.

Your request should clearly identify: the right you wish to exercise, your paldofun Account details (registered email or mobile number), and sufficient information to verify your identity.
13.2 paldofun will respond to verified data rights requests within fifteen (15) business days of receipt. In complex cases where a response within 15 days is not practicable, paldofun will notify you of the reason for the delay and the expected response date.
13.3 paldofun will not charge a fee for responding to your data rights request unless the request is manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive, in which case a reasonable administrative fee may apply. paldofun will notify you if a fee is applicable before processing your request.
14.1 If you believe that paldofun has processed your personal data in violation of applicable Philippine data privacy law or this Policy, you are encouraged to first contact paldofun directly using the details in Section 16 to allow us the opportunity to resolve your concern.
14.2 If you are not satisfied with paldofun's response to your complaint, you have the right to lodge a formal complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines, the statutory regulator responsible for enforcing the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
